Not to be negative but I would say at least 1 hour. The reason I said that was because UPS was ahead of Fedex. When I left, UPS was still there. Their files won't take some time to process as well before Fedex could get theirs done.

Yes, I was there. Fedex van arrived at 8:30-40, by the time the driver got his stuffs, took care of parking fee and got up the elevator, and scanned the files while he was waiting in-line, I figured 9:19 was about the time. There was at lease 1 hour of waiting time ahead of him from that point...

i can confirm Fedex got there at 9:19, that's not the time of delivery.

Just a few things to add re: questions asked 1. Metro Mississauga guy told me they delivered 150 files. 2. UPS drive was still in his vehicle @ around 8:20am waiting for the second UPS van. Then the two drivers go out the van and went to pay for the parking. They didn't get to the 8th floor...

CIC had 3 group totalling 6 officers. The lines was moving way fast this year than last year.
