Even if you wife came back on a visit visa, and you apply for an extension, she would not be able to leave Canada on the extension of her visa. She will have to stay in Canada until the PR gets through (applying outland) If you apply inland, she will still have to remain in Canada and not leave...

You have a TEN year visa. No one can stop you from coming to Canada as long as you have the visa, it doesn't matter how your status or employment has changed.

Which VO will your file be sent to? Could that be a reason why some cases SA are delayed?

Shouldn't be a problem, as long as you guys have pictures together of your visits, phone call/skype calls log, chat history, facebook history, etc. It doesn't matter who does the travelling

can anyone tell me how long it takes to get the marriage certificate from the Union Council? Where do we apply and what documents are needed? Do we apply at NADRA office? Thanks so much for all the help! :)
