Dorjee,,, you better ask NDVO for 2nd PR after all verfications checks as u need your passport to be back in short time... else they will keep ur PP for atleast 3-7 months...for no reason... or you cancell your oversea trips... your should write email or letter. they do encourage for 2nd PPR

U need to inquire with AINP PNP @ your file validity.. u must have cross the deadline... so better you ask them for extended deadline and give a try...

Looks like novo is focusing on AOR this moment... Good at least something is moving... But we are still waiting for our final step after 7 long years... Hope to see DM soon...?

Sometimes i feel ECAS updates happen through out the week and not only on tuesday.. is that right? My ecas is showing medical result received since Mar'13. God knows when NDVO will be sending PP with visa... waiting... waiting... wiatiing...

Thanks... Actually they ask my passport in dec12 but due to my oversea work, I asked them do all necessary verifications and send me 2 ppr, wich they Did in march13. After submission in April they returned passport in 3 weeks with query n again resubmitted in may end... Now hoping only visa...

Seems like NDVO is processing applications but not issueing visa untill strike ends... I am deadly waiting for my visa... and now they are strike... Hope their negotiations come to an end.... Any news from PAFSO...

Dear SP88, Thats what the sentence is... 'An authorise Person' mean you need to authorise him by letter so he/she can travel with your passport across border...

If u see on first page where instructions r written. There u can find that u can send pp through 3 party with authorise letter...

R u sure @ Vfs... I m hearing for first time... Is cic allows submission through them... I do not feel so... That might b applicable for visit visa but not for pr...

No matter if we r outside country we can submit passports to cic, I had consulted in my case an even confirm with them. Provided passport to submitted through parents or friend as u cannot courier pp from oversea. Same thing I have done in my case and many of them do same. U can found in this forum.
