You dont really need a CIC letter to get singapore COC. iTA is enough. I am in application process and i know someone who have already got it using ITA

As long as your CRS score does not change, it's fine.. However, they will ask for a reasoning.. I dont think they will do anything drastic for such reasons..

Once... It's about confidence even if you are moderately good in Listening, Reading Writing and Speaking are about confidence and grammar as well... good luck...

I have 437 CRS still no NOI.. I created in January...If NOI is being issued only for profiles created in feb, is n't it the dumbest thing you heard?

CRS Score 437 NOC 2173 Masters Degree.. No OINP NOI... We don't know the criteria for NOI...So never mind.. Hopeful for next Draw...Guessing it will be 435 with 3500+ ITAs...
