Just called CIC... the agent looked at my application and said that the documents I sent by email on March 14th are still not in my file... And I received a confirmation from them that they received the documents... This is so frustrating ??? >:(

Very frustrating... I never had luck with call centre.. :(

I think I've seen people emailing them asking to confirm that they have received the documents. Did you try to email or call them after that? CIC agents are not being very helpful but there are some lucky applicants who get to talk to nice agents (eventually) :)

It might be very close for you then :) I know the waiting is brutal, when I was waiting for the documents/medical request I was checking my email compulsively and refreshing ecas page every 5 minutes. Now I went down to 2-3 times a day. Progress ;D ???

My ECAS is updated as medicals received. I did mine on March 17.

I would say renew your passport first. I applied for work permit extension in february and my passport was expiring in 6 months. Last week they asked me to get a new passport so that they could continue processing the application... and I should submit the new passport within 7 days. Not very...
