US FBI Police Clearance Scan Copy Image - Background text

No offense but there are thousands of people on this forum who have obtained the PCC the normal way. They could have also taken the shortcut if they thought it was legal. If you want to risk your application just because your agent told you then it's your call. But as I said earlier missing PCC...

US FBI Police Clearance Scan Copy Image - Background text

Not generalizing any agents/consultants but they have nothing to lose and everything to gain if your application gets into some sort of trouble. They have a standard answer "what can we do the ultimate decision is for Cic to make". Please do some reasearch on your own and don't rely on...

Better that than being rejected in my opinion. I am pretty sure CIC has stated that channellers for non-us residents and non-citizens are not valid. Dont think FBI would really care if you send a duplicate application as they have tons of them to process everyday...

Sending a wrong PCC or incomplete PCC is one of the main reasons for rejection. Why do you want to take that risk. CIC gives enough time for you to obtain the PCC from FBI. Mine came after 3.5 months and they were kind enough to give me 60 days extension

    Visa Consultant Delhi

haha it's a lucrative business for sure. Some of them charge between 1000-2000$ and if the application gets rejected they can shake their hands off saying well tough luck what can we do if the VO rejects it. And just for goodwill return some amount of money back so that we would go back again.

    Visa Consultant Delhi

you are being generous with the 50% there, more like 5%. I went to a couple of consultants after my application was in process just to see how they take advantage of the poor applicant's lack of knowledge (not all of them but a majority) and I was amazed at the false promises they give...

For medical you just need to bring your passport and for PCC it depends on the procedure in your country but most likely passport is one of the main documents you need to carry

    PCC and Medical Expiry

It would not be advisable to apply for either unless you are certain to get an ITA in the next couple of draws. The PCC would be valid for 6 months and medicals for a year though in some cases they have been asked to redo their medical when there are couple of months left for them to expire for...
