yes, it is normal due to the huge amount of apps they were receiving. i used happyroad and they explained this to us.

hey guys, I have a quick question regarding the exp date of the card. If mine is 02/2019, the leading zero seems missing in the form, does it matter? it just shows "month 2" and year is okay, 2019. should I print the form and manually add the month to make it as "02"? thanks Julia
