Hi I Used UPS to send the passports from US to Ottawa, they were delivered on 8th June, have not heard back anything yet.

Thank you Mthornt, I will probably use UPS as well. My PPR came on 5th June and I could not send my passport today. I just came back from FedEx, everyone, if you are shipping from the US, Please DONT use FedEx, it sucks!! They dont let you create a return label properly and they wont even do it...

Because mine says " we are processing your background check, and we will send you a message if we need more information" does that mean it can be translated to In process? Or In process is an actual status message that people...
