I agree. I have the same plan :) I am hoping to land on Thursday late evening. If it doesn't come back till Thursday morning, then I have no choice but to land in July. It's so hard to plan around such uncertainty. P.S It's still not activated. Where are you located at?

Hello Mthornt, I am assuming you are in the US and are going to do the landing when you get your passport back, so you will also try to go between Tuesday to Thursday? Do you think there are any restrictions about how late on a Thursday?

When you say your application was approved on 15th. did you see the counterfoil number after logging in or that was the day when you received the email that there is a new message on your profile?

Depending on what service you used, courier services usually update the trackers in the evening after the pick up times.

I used UPS, sent from US to Ottawa. I have done it before for a Business visitor visa to Canada as well. Get a pre paid shipping label, Create an online account at UPS and then go to the store and explain them the situation, may you find helpful customer support :D

That's a good point! You are probably right. I had a question about status change, you know because now there is nothing to do but wait, its the nitpicking that starts, so on the CIC profile there is this first page and then you can go in the profile and see individual status like BG passed...
