Seeing all this... I am not sure that the reference letter which I have sent will be sufficient for those ppl to decide my eligibility for NOC. Somebody with NOC 2173 (Test Engineer) could share the responsibilities in decribed in their reference letter would be of great help.. I am confused now :(

Hi, The very first communication that you have from CIO is the PER letter and that takes around 3-4 months after they recieve your appl. And you courier tracking number will show you that your application is delivered.

Hey, Even I also got my reference letter on plain paper signed by my supervisor and attached his call card. But I am still waiting for PER. If you get any response let me know as well.
