I actually have no extra proof to return to Canada so I am writing them outlining what I sent in the original application. Will just wait and see what they have to say!

Do you think it would be smart for the sponsor to book a flight back to Canada (sponsor will be going back to Canada in March) and send a copy of it??

Looks like it is just a batch email as its covering everything. Proof that the sponsor resides in Canada, if they don't prove that the sponsor intends to return, police certificates, medical, etc...I think one went out before and I can see other people received it. I am just wondering if we need...

We just got an email from CIC 10 minutes ago....its looks like a batch email?? I hope. It asks for additional proof of residency for the sponsor - what should we do if we sent everything we have? I guess this means they are actually looking at our application

All that seems like enough! We did get the declaration of common law form notarized just to add something extra to our proof so it probably wouldn't hurt!

I completely agree. Something else we did was write a detailed story line of our relationship from start right up until we submitted application, we also wrote our future plans as well. Not sure if it was necessary but it was something extra! I wouldn't stress too much though!! Take a look...

Is yours IP?? Ours says they received medical but still at application received. Although we are April applicants, so that might be why! Are they generically asking people for intent to return to Canada? I guess I would just need to resend everything we sent in our original application?? Or...
