I also think is very good news. Your ARC has probably been approved but they cant issue a COPR when the medicals have expired. The expiry date of the medicals is tied to the expiry date of the COPR. You are almost done, Keep us posted

The VO may just extend the medicals, they are able to do a one year extension, that's what they did in our case and we didn't know, we only found out later when my MP inquire about it.

I sent an email to Vienna in February and I only got a response this week, they took 22 days to reply back and in the past they normally responded within a few days (3-5 days) so it looks like things are really slow there.

When my husband submitted his ARC the payment could not be made in Canada, he followed the instructions for his VO and he bought a bank draft and submitted a scanned copy of the draft with his Arc statement to the Vienna Visa office , he sent everything by email.
