Go Ahead and apply for PHD in any good Canadian University. Apply first, then send an email to some of the professors (not all mind that!!) whose area of interest matches with yours. And try to match your experience (of Masters and Bachelors) with that professor current or previous work.. by...

They take sumthing around 5 months to access... so May+5= Oct... so lets hope..

ya its for fall... they look into every application deeply.. so it will take some extra time.. U may expect sumthing not before sept/oct
