It looks like now they're sending out AOR's for applications received in the first and second week of November. I hope more AOR's will follow soon:)

Hey @Stkitts If you submitted your query via web form it usually takes 5-7 business days for the CIC to respond - CIC agent told me this. Please let us all know what response CIC sends to your local MP. I'm curious to see if it will produce any result. Good luck, mate!

It's hard to understand the guidelines they follow at visa offices when it comes to the processing of applications. It's obvious that they don't work on first come first serve basis, but what should we expect? we are dealing with a government.

bhavini12, I'd strongly recommend to contact your visa office asap, this is ridiculously and unbelievably long for medical request. I believe I got my PER in same month as you, but the process was much faster afterwards. #Don't lose hope Good Luck

I'm assuming by fd you meant "fixed deposit" ? I'm not sure whether the custom officials will accept it or not. Although, they do accept documents that show capital is payable to you such as bonds, stocks or debentures. My advise is to make your landing efficient and smooth, simply get a bank...

This is shockingly long, I would suggest you to contact your visa office using your file # to get an update. Majority of the applicants receive medical request 50-65 days after PER. I hope they didn't misplace your file, give your visa office a shout. Good Luck

Thank you !! On landing they'll ask you for proof of funds, Confirmation of permanent residence and of course your passport. I have been living in Canada for a few years now so they didn't ask me for MMR vaccine certification, I'm not sure whether they'd ask you or no. Good Luck
