Im no expert, but I have been on this forum for a while, based on what you have said, it is not going to be easy, and an interview may be required, however, i have seen people with more serious red flags than this get through, although i will be honest to say , some had to appeal and won. My...

NOVEMBER 2015 - OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

My Vo, Pos is actually one of the fastest out land vos in the world. There was one case last year where a couple got visa issued within one month of application getting there , so 3 months total. Most cases are finished with at my vo in 3- 6 months.

You guys, take comfort to know that the liberal government is in charge and they are for immigration and won't break up families. Also take comfort by reading some of the various threads of pos. There have been people who were in very difficult situations who get through rel easy..... We will...

    Kingston,Jamaica

Hey, wasn't it a while back that Kingston sent some apps to POS to process because of a big backlog of apps at Kingston? What I would say however is that they have to tell you exactly where the file is going, that is their responsibility because you have to communicate with that Vo in particular.

Ah, I swear i think i know how this works now. Watching everything it would appear as though they can indeed process a file that has everything done, meaning fees paid etc and case is straightforward in 4- no more than 6 months. The extra waiting time actually comes if you have to get an...

You guys, let me tell you all this. I am now convinced that ecas is very, very unreliable or the persons at the VO are not very well connected. Can you guys remember when i emailed them on feb 9th to ask about my uci2? and they replied on the 11th saying that they have the file but processing...

Hey Alou, how long have you been together with your wife? my wife is 18 years older than me, so i guess we are in the same boat. Tell me though , how often would they call someone in for an interview after ppr, that is just weird.
