Not really, MP has a significant role in sponsor eligibility determination. once file moves into applicant VO. the don't have any prerogative since applicant eligibility and admissibility needs to be determined.

if you really need to know then MP can't help you in this context. Get GCMS notes but my suggestion, wait for a month

I am a little bit off here. why do you need to contact MP? my understanding is that SA completes once MP responds to CIC. after AOR2 what is the role of MP here?

It could be a positive sign since after AOR2 within 2 months I received a request letter for PCC and schedule A. maybe you went through without submitting an additional doc.

It would be great if you share timeline too. thats how we can establish pattern though every application is different.
