GCKey online account list out all required doc (in your case 3 doc) I was requested to upload 4. However you can upload only one doc per title, so PDF is the best option (I included call log, picture, chat history in one pdf and uploaded). I hope it helps.

Please refer to your request letter. my wife ADR letter clearly stated that "Please upload these documents to your online account only. Please do not submit physical documents via mail."

LVO dealing with approx. 17 countries. If you discussed with ppl who already gone through with this process, they confirm that LVO always takes 2-4 months and then start working on it. Probably due to backlog. I can understand your rage but we have no choice but to wait.
