It's an email from IRCC.CPCO-FinalRequest-CTDO-DemandeFinale.IRCC@cic.gc.ca with all details on documents required to be sent, envelope to receive passports back, link to photo requirements, Annex A if you live in Canada or USA... There is no PDF message posted to your My CIC account.

From my understanding this is IP2. I have the same status, but I uploaded RCMP yesterday (Monday July 17th evening). I saw on another member's signature that it took 8 business days from RCMP upload to PPR so let's keep patient and positive!
