I had submitted my application in may and I've notice something in my application which I want to share with you. In proof of education I've submitted my wes report, original bachelor certificate, provisional certificate and the same documents which was issued by my university during wes documents. I didn't upload all of my original yearly certificates. It may cause reason of rejection?

Hi Champ,

By "yearly certificate," do you mean your transcripts? I can't think of anything else that matches this description in a Canadian context. Besides, as far as I know, you're not obliged to include your transcripts unless your degree is from a Canadian university. I'm sure some seniors can confirm this.

:-)

Hey Guys,

Quick question-

When your BG changed from IP1 to NA to IP2, did you get an email?
I got an email when my medicals were changed to passed and BG changed to IP1 (I think it happened at the same time), however, no email when status changed to NA or IP2. NA to IP2 was very quick, like 1 day.

No, we do not get any updates. Keep checking your CIC account twice a day

I submitted my passport for PR visa stamping on 19th July and still my CIC account does not show any update in the statuses!

This is normal. You will get an update once the PP has been stamped.
Generally how many days will it take for the whole process to stamp and send it back? I am planning to ship mine tomorrow

after med passed, you won't get any email for background updates. You need to check it manually.

it depends on ur local visa office. For inland, may take around 2-3 weeks.

I am sending it to Ottawa - FSW outland

As I am FSW Inland I will do flagpole as soon as I get my passport back. It all depends on when I get my PP back
Ok ... great .. all the best ..

Thanks! So you had to renew your passports? I have also submitted it for renewal. I am in IP2 since yesterday, also the document section is saying we do not need any additional documents.
Yes , I had to renew it by applying under urgent basis and taking special grants from passport officers to pre-pone my urgent appointment and process my application...it was an exhausting process but it finally paid offf
...Mine also has been the same throughout... it never changed .. even when I submitted the docs..

This depends on the VFS and the Visa Office that is actually doing the stamping. I recommend calling and asking them directly for a timeline. I have seen timelines from a few days to a month on this forum.
