January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

Yeah, It was a biometric request. Apparently RCMP sends the results directly to IRCC and they send a copy to you. So no action is required at your end. And the process is all electronic. So no real wait period after fingerprinting is done. At least this is what my lawyer told me.

    The anatomy of a Background Check? - <<<<<<IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS>>>>>>>

This is a great forum. I have lived in the US for 2 years and then living in Canada for past 8 months with prior stay only in New Delhi (India) for most of 20 years. Also, all travels in past were to US and Canada. Does this imply that security and background clearance could be faster (PNP Paper...

PNP Inland Paper based June-July-August 2017 applicants

Guys, I see a lot of people mentioning that background check is probably the biggest contributor to delayed processing. Is that generally the case? If that is the case, does having lived in US or New Delhi, India speed up police verification, for someone who is inland applicant? Thanks
