    If you were not asked for upfront biometrics, you may still be required to provide Biometrics (fingerprints). As inland applicant, I was asked for RCMP fingerprinting after Medicals.

    Well thats not entirely true. I am inland applicant and was asked by CIC for RCMP Biometric. To be sure I was never asked by CIC for Biometric fee. I paid RCMP directly for Biometrics.
