Thanks! My Work Permit is expiring by end of Jan 2014, Planning for IELTS by October and apply for PR in December. Hope AOR is fast and i can apply for BOWP before End of Jan. I have a question : What if my employer process extension of the closed work permit? Seems like i cant appy for BOWP...

Thanks a lot for your response! I have only closed work permit at this time, so option 1 of applying PR, getting AOR and then applying BOWP should allow me to switch employer without LMO.

HEllo All, I am currently working in Canada and waiting for 1 year to complete to apply for PR under Canadian experience category, which is not very far away :) Now assuming that my PR is in pending state, can i switch job without hassles or need LMO clearence before i switch job? Thanks! VDM
