HI, As per my friends advice i didn't use canada post as they drop it in PO box and no proof of delivery, where as if you use the UPS, they have a confirmed delivery and signature.

Since I will be gaining 1 year experience in Canada in Dec 2013, I am thinking that it will be too late to wait until dec to apply under CEC and get BOWP and switch job...so can I apply under Fed Skilled worker category next month itself or will that not be helpful in terms of PR in long term...
