My sister has had her passport Rewed from back home ( Africa) and sent to her via DHL, I don't think there should be an issue especially if you are using fedex or DHL..if it was regular post then not..otherwise should be fine.

My advise to anyone coming from my experience and a few other people, Never use an immigration lawyer.. Do it yourself. Using an immigration lawyer makes CIC reject you easily because they believe you cannot backup your information hence involving a lawyer. If don't have to , please avoid it.
