    US outland applicants' thread :)

LOL GOD BLESS all you dealing with us newbies!! Is the COPR issued when the PR app is rec'd or when it's finalized? When I got my Nexus card, I was told when I get my "number" from Immigration that they've rec'd my PR app, then that's when I can bring my belongings over. Anyone know about this?

can anybody on a visiter record from usa apply for canadian driver license

I guess I'm confused all the way around! LOL Uh...never mind? ::) I thought that because I'm going to be applying for Outland Spousal Sponsorship, I'm not a resident, I'm a visitor. Therefore making "ties" may hinder that process (versus applying Inland) because in my mind, I'm still an...

US TO CANADA INLAND APPLICATION PROCESS-HELP A LOST NEWBIE

YIKERS. No relpies? No help? Is this normal? For how informative people are here, it's hard to believe that no one has time for someone in need of guidance from the beginning. I tried to delete, sorry, but I'm not allowed. Which is silly-I should be able to delete my own posts, really!

List of cities/physicians that can do the Medicals (USA)? And health questions.

There's link on the CIC website for the medical practitioners. Locate your country & state that you're in. There's also the medical form the Dr fills out...you can find it in the spousal sponorship forms, just saw it last night. IDK if those pre-ex conditions would dis-qualify you. Thinking if...

    OUTLAND/INLAND-WHICH IS BEST?

What seems to be the consensus of applying for spousal sponsorship Outland -vs- Inland other than the time frame? From U.S. and living with hubby in SK. Married 6/8/12. Outland it's about 90 days for his paperwork. Inland it's 11 months. If I apply Outland, can my paperwork come to me here in...
