jiyong: I had my test last week of December 2012 and got the replacement a few days after that. my Oath is in a few days time and all the lady told me on my test date was to make sure i have it before Oath which i do now so am not sure if they will allow Oath if you dont have it All the best

I had a similar situation when i went for my test. I explained to the officer who accepted and allowed me do the test. they wont prevent you from doing your test if you have copies or evidence that you have requested a replacement. All the best !!!

@jimenezc I appeared at my test without my record of landing as a pending request was in for a correction and i was allowed to do the test but was told to make sure i have it before the oath. I however produced a copy as well as evidence i sent in a change request and there were no problems...

He will likely be rejected entry and asked to apply for a waiver. Your Canadian passport does not guarantee an entry to the US and yes he can be traced with his name, DOB, place of birth. I am speaking from a personal experience so its not true your Canadian visa guarantees an entry to the US.
