Is there anything mentioned by CIC on their website or any news letter for separate draw for CEC candidates ?

I got e-mail one hour ago, saying your profile is updated but no changes in score or any message. Seems like there will be no draw this week as well. Also Does somebody else got the update e-mail from CIC ?

As I will apply under CEC, and have full-time job offer (don't have LMIO) and I have modified proof of funds. But under CEC do I need to provide proof of funds or bank statements ?
