Hopefully You will get PR before March 2016 as you just need to submit documents. Moreover, You can always extend your work permit when you receive the second AOR in Express Entry which is required to submit application for Open WP extension.

Thanks that is a useful information and i hope CIC take these decisions soon and implement these in draws. Its been 6 months passed since EE is introduced and there are many things that CIC needs to improve especially for CEC candidates (including myself) without LMIA.
