When did you actually complete your medical? Mine did that after it had been 1 year since I had given my medical, as it had then expired. Waiting for it to be extended or for them to tell me to go and get another one.

There were a few people that requested through CBSA just after Christmas and had it back within a few days on these forums. I can't recall where but that's what prompted me to go through CBSA instead of IRCC. It seems there may have been others that had the same idea though!

I requested GCMS notes from CBSA on January 6th and I haven't heard anything back about it at all, apparently they complete the request within a week or so normally. Not nearly as long as your wait but still frustrating!

This is super concerning. That essentially means it's luck of the draw as to which application is opened to be processed and with thousands of new applications coming in, long waiting applications are being washed away into an ocean of new applications. How on earth did they make this work...
