i also agree. you may get rejected for diploma when u already have a masters. writing a strong sop explaining the course you have selected isn't available in your country and how such a course a course is unique to the college ca n help. but it is better to go for PG diploma or a second masters...

my friend's visa was rejected stating 'You have submitted documentation which lacks authenticity as part of your application. This has diminished the overall credibility of your submission.' :( :( what should he do next? can he reapply?

they ask us to file before aug 1 for sept intake. final decision can only be taken by you. if you feel that it is late to file try deferring admission to next intake. these are all my opinion but please seek other opinions also before doing anything
