Got my speaking EOR result : no change :( LRWS 8.5,8.5,7.5,7 Gave speaking EOR to make it CLB 10 and reach 441. But stuck at 438 Attempting again on 29th September EOR confirmation on Sept 5th, TRF received on 25th Sept. Took 20 days for EOR with British Council India.

You should go for remark. Worth the risk

Depends on how your CRS score will be if you get 7 in writing. If 7 in writing can take you above 440, you should go for remark. Don't think the cut off will come below 440 this year. If CRS is around 435 range with 0.5 increase in writing, it is better to attempt again.

Yes. You just need to tick the sections in the EOR form you need remarked. If one section or more than one, same fees. If either of the section gets score increase, you will get refund. But might take more time if more than one section is selected for remark. While you are at it, why don't you...
