I wrote to WES regarding this but they didn't change my ECA. They stated the reason that education system in Canada is different from other countries. So masters from our countries may not be recognized as masters in Canada! It apparently depends on the number of years of study in our countries...

No one is 100% sure about this. So I at least have chosen only bachelors in my EE profile for now until I hear from WES directly or better still CIC clarifying our doubts. Meanwhile it is better to be in the EE profile with the safer option of bachelors for now. Better safe than sorry!

You mean after creating an EE profile? If so, yes you need a EE profile to get invitation for Ontario PNP in some streams. Even for other provinces mostly you need an EE profile before applying for PN. Check the eligibility and requirements for different provinces and their nomination programs.

Still considering you have a educational degree from Canada you definitely have a greater chance of getting a PN! So keep your hopes up...you still have many draws before December.

In the application checklist it clearly states certified true copies of your degree and marksheets. And then ofcourse a copy of your ECA. So to be on the safer side send them notarized copies of all your marksheets and degrees.

Have you applied for PNP of any province?? Try that route to increase your scores..I think Ontario has a stream for masters graduates..not sure but do check their website. All the best!
