Before sending your documents to WES just check on their online free assessment tools, if not checked already, whether they assess your credential and whether your institute or university is showing in their list.

I prefer DHL/bluedart/Fedex for international courier... I have always sent all my docs using DHL...and it usually reaches in 3-4 days to Canada

If you are not claiming any points for it no need to mention it in work experience. But you can and should include it in your personal history. If you don't mention it in work exp you need not submit any proof of it.
