Does anyone know how to check ECAS and confirm they have the correct email address ? I'm so frightened they have the wrong one and if they email us DM it will go to the wrong address lol. :-[

Thats how our Ecas showed too until we were granted AIP on Feb 25th, then it showed DM on mine and the following date APP IN PROGRESS on his, and for the last 2 weeks "medical results received".

I had the issue with the office at ISLINGTON/BLOOR in Toronto; I phoned my MPP and made an appt but aftr seeing other posts here saying they had no issues at the YONGE/SHEPPARD office, I went there there following week and everything went through no questions.

You don't need your oWP to get your health card in Ontario. If you live in Toronto, take the original AIP letter with picture id and proof of address and apply. There's a 3 month waiting period from the date on the AIP letter. I would advise you to stay away from service Canada at islington...

We applied through a consultant last June, and they never mentioned a thing to us about getting his finger prints from his home country. We received a letter in November requesting medical and fingerprints, that's when we sent ours in.
