I don't think it will take them 11 weeks to process your application. I'd say maybe one month, one month and a half before they start processing your application. From then, it should be quick. You have to be patient with MIFI. They take forever.

Well if you look at the website, they are processing end of august now. So, you have to wait again quite a while before they start processing yours. I think it gets processed in order at the MIFI office, no priority given to anyone.
