I received the mail that I have been accepted to Conestoga college and to collect my LOA please ask your consultant as my LOA is sent to them by college.

for example if you have any business or property in your home country, show those documents to Visa officer so that VO can see that you have a motive to come back to your home country.

I have already seen this case with one of my known person. His sister is a Canadian PR holder and his visa got denied after applying for two times and both times he applied with the help of consultants. The reason was same as of yours that he might not leave Canada after finishing his studies...

Nowdays Conestoga is taking 60-70 days on Average to send offer letters. So lets hope I will get the response within first week of February. I have applied to many of colleges, Conestoga is just one of them. Already got offer letter from Seneca but I refused that.
