    The client ID is enough. You can refer to it they can identify your file. VO= visa office For CAIPS notes you have to fill needed forms ( signed by applicant).

    you can not trust on your MP. Because nobody knows what is happening exactly on the new VOs. So do not let them to hurt you! Maybe tomorrow you will receive your PPR? Nobody knows!
