Today I get my application package back. Reason given is that the capped filled up.

My application on NOC 1112 reached on 28th June and surely I will not make with the cap ::). As I have given DD, the sooner I get my application package back, the better it is. Can anybody tell me, how long it might take to get my application package back? Will it be faster return afer the cap?

It means within 18th update, if the cap is not filled up, he will be within CAP. It is the findings man which could be wrong. For example, later on the CIC update could represent 4 working days. We might not get always too serious.

Guys, I did some analysis on the FSW 2011 NOC 1122, the hottest NOC in 2011. The analysis shows that each update by CIC correspond a working day. The 1122 was filled up by 8 times update and it is found that NOC 1122 filled up by 8 working days considering Saturday a working date. Applicants...

Can anybody tell how long it took to fill the cap for 1112 in 2011? Hoping that past took shorter time ::).

If "as of" means on 4th May, then by 10th, NOC 1112 will be capped. But we observe, even after 1oth May, applicants of NOC 1112 are being charged. So till now "as of" means nothing. Late starters, cheers ;D ;D.

The latest CAP update is refreshing specially for late starter ;D. I filed for 1112 on 28th June; from there, 60 days will be on 28th August. If CIC accept 29 applicants of 1112 between 24th June and 16th July (22 days), at this pace, within 43 days (28th August less 16th July), 57 more...

It is still 4th May update. Seems it is never ending day. :'(

But both the update by CIC indicate receiving application on 4th May. No gurantee that all the 4th May has been completed by CIC within 24th June.

Yes, right. But I think to be at safer side and conservative, a person while calculating exchange rate, should consider devaluation; in other way, he should show few hundred CAD more to tackle devaluation. We don't know the date CIC will consider to calculate exchange rate.
