    Folks...my file is IP --- mine shows blank as well on two GCMS notes ( 2 months apart). I think it shows blank when officers are waiting for something - like criminal check or medical extension etc. Also my file location is CIO-MEDS - Is this there Medical dept for extensions? Any idea?
