It is normal. Give them time to process the whole thing. I did my upfront medical in March and I did not get a confirmation from them till June. The easiest way to deal with CIC is to do your part and then stop thinking about it.

It means they're reviewing the medicals you have submitted and the background check will be N/A for a few more months. Did you get medical request or was it upfront?
