you dont need to go by passport at the account creation step. Account can be on any one's name. Once account is created, they ask you to add person (s) who needs to give biometrics. Also on you letter you will have barcode, which they will scan to extract the info.

Appointment is required for VAC in India, Its easy process, you can create account online and then pick up the date and time for biometric at the choice of your VAC.

Got decision made on oct 05, 2019 as per ECAS but no SA letter yet. Should i worry? Usually it comes within 3-5 business days after decision made as per tracker.

Hi Experts got quick question I applied for my both parents and my dad is in India and my mom in in Canada ( going back to India on Oct-09-2019). Today I got biometric request for my father only. Can they both go with letter to give biometric or my Mom is exempted from biometric? Please help
