I did check spam folder, nothing in it. Even on ECAS it shows only "we have starte processing your application on such date" nothing about what decision is made.

@robertp Hi Bro, I never received SA letter so far but they requested additional docs and fee. On ecas it shows decision made made for Sponsor Is this normal? Thanks

I also got PCC request from NDVO but they said I can send them by email. May be different in your case. You can courier your docs to new Delhi LVO. Did you get SA letter? Thanks

you can email them if they it is not specified that original is required. PCC must be within six month.

Hello Folks, I got decision made on ECAS for sponsorship on October 5, 2019. So far never got SA letter. I spoke to agent today and she said my file transferred to NDVO and they can not provide more information about the application. Is it normal not getting SA letter?
