I am on the same boat too. Don't know if I should courier copies of the RCMP fingerprints and RPRF receipt again... but they don't update the ecas system as often, in case my file has already left CIO-Sydney or not - there is no way to tell. ..

Sent RPRF, PCC within days of receiving the request. Email and Fax. Even applied for GCMS notes. . . Nothing we can do, it's a waiting game. But it will happen for sure ;)..
