it's not even like CIC is on a strike or something! This is just pure stupidity and negligence. More days we waste with no PR, more days required to be eligible for applying for Citizenship - long haul I know but that's the ultimate goal...

Roughly 10-14 days to turn to Decision Made (could be more). Then you will receive your Passport request - I am personally waiting over a month to receive m PPR!. You maybe lucky enough to leave Canada with your immigration visa completed. But you never know with CIC, it's not been following...

I received my gcms notes exactly a month after I applied, so you should be getting it soon. I would suggest faxing your RPRF payment receipt (in case you paid it separately). Did you require RCMP fingerprinting? I am Nov 12 applicant too.

I had to re-submit the Schedule A form, and my RPRF fee receipt was being delayed. I sent everything through fax and then by Courier as well to CIO. It finally changed to IP and then DM in 2 weeks. Let's see how long I have to wait to receive the passport request..

I'm sure you will receive it soon my friend. I can only imagine how annoying and frustrating it must be. But everybody is going to be a PR, it's only a matter of time.

DECISION MADE finally! Not sure when it happened tho as I'm on vacation. Good luck to the rest. Waiting for Ppr now

Finally IN PROCESS!! Started on July 14th, but I just checked it today. I still sent all the documents to Nova Scotia (ATTN:SJP) last week..proly just a waste of time and money...

Haha, I sent them Fax too. I have tried accommodating all the possibilities. But this SJP person is in hibernation mode, enjoying the summer! Maybe I'll fly to Nova Scotia and meet him in person - only thing left to do ;D
