Can just a scenned copy work or is it required to be certified from the university? Btw why is it required when i have got the ECA done?

If my education is outside India and i have got ECA done, post ITA do i need to submit copies of transcripts etc again or just ECA report is sufficient? Any other documents also need to be submitted for education history?

Exactly the same issue - I was at 449 and moved to 448. The reply to technical issue is that "this is as per changes made in November." But I never saw anything in the changes related to this. Guess, we have to live with it!

Does anyone see any reason for a surge in the applications or massive increase in individual points, which make the CRS go higher? I think the routine items like CEC completing more years of experience, IELTS results etc are always factored into earlier draws as well...

Im at 448 and I know that I would not get ITA in todays draw, but im still eagerly awaiting for the draw so that atleast many of our friends on this forum get the ITA. Im sure, someday I would also get and someone would be happy for me like this!

And regarding the score, I wish it just comes down and don't bother too much about the drop, atleast anything would keep the hope alive

I think this thread is "RAY OF HOPE" and it would really be good for everyone to stop the misunderstandings and give everyone hope for the next draw... Already there is a lot of negativity around in the world, let this forum be free from that

In my view, it is very unlikely that scores shoot up this much in 1 draw... Therefore, quite hopeful that you would get ITA in the next draw...

Hope that CIC continues with the trend and these threads are really ray of hope

I think with this score, you could take a chance by waiting for next 5 days till the draw. Else take ur IELTS again as a safe bet...

I was reading some other threads and a lot of people have drastically increased their IELTS scores and now are above 459... so dont know what will happen... keeping fingers crossed...

Btw is anyone aware if the scores for spouse education incase of 2 or more bachelor degree changed to 8 instead of 9 in nov16 changes?

But we have to keep in mind that number of people increases with each lesser score.

No doubt you may be right but this happens every time IELTS result comes and i think this gets factored in everymonth. So in my view this should not be a shiw stopper for reduction in scotes. But yes, reduction rate may be slow now... may God give us light at the end of the tunnel

There are PNP's which you could look at specially OINP which does not require job offer - but at present it is suspended and we don't know when it could open. Majority to my knowledge, need job offers. Just wait - we all are hoping that current downward continues and scores could drop to 450...
