Not necessarily. But if you have relevant work experience in a particular NOC 0, A or B level positions, it is assumed that your education will be somehow related to it.

51K FSW dont automatically translate to 51k ITA. The number includes accompanying family members. So the number of ITAs will be less than that figure.

51000 FSW candidates don't necessarily mean 51000 ITAs. It includes accompanying family members too. So it could very well be as low as 20000

I don't think so. Once you get the Ref. No. then WES or whoever you're sending it to, will be expecting your documents to arrive but there isn't a set deadline. Obviously you wouldn't wanna wait long after you get the ref. No. to send your documents.
