PP received by CIC 16-Oct My CIC changed to Approved 30-Oct Return tracker still not activated even though its the third business day after Approve status in mycic. Really confused! Any body else waiting this long for their RT to activate?

Ways to boost the score are quite limited, Better IELTS, More experience or Learning French are the obvious ones that comes to mind. Neither of these are easy to get. So your best bet may actually be PNP. Which province are you in?

Its unlikely that the score is gonna fall below the invisible barrier of 450 anytime soon. Rather, try to increase your score.

PPR came to the email address that I used to for opening the EE profile. There was no change to MYCIC status. The subject line for the email from CIC was "Ready for Visa"

Provided that you get your degree assessed (ECA) you should receive points for the equivalency of a Master's degree and I believe it will be 135 points under EE

Pretty similar timeline for me as well. AOR 16-May, Meds done 05-May and Ecas changed to DM 02-OCt
