hi Bitto,
i don't think it can be said definitely. my spouse has a BBA & MBA from NSU and got ECA summary as 4 years bachelors. on the other hand, i have similar time frame but both BBA & MBA from DU and i got ECA summary as Masters.

WES probably has different parameters based on time frame, institute, grades, etc. you'll just have to apply and wait to get your report.

Thank you Brother.

Hoping for the best as my wife's masters don't gonna affect much. I am also from DU (MIS dept). So, assuming the same report like you. Anyway, u from which department??

Thanks for the reply. But I ve completed 4 years BBA & 1 year MBA. In this case whats gonna be my highest level???

First of all, there is no effect of grades on your ECA as long as you have achieved the minimum requirements to get your degree.

Second, your institution has to be accredited, which means has to be listed as a valid institute by Canadian Education Ministry.

1 year MBA is equivalent to 1 year of professional degree in Canada.

My best knowledge, you will get 4 years ECA/equivalence and depending on the type of you 1 year degree (Professional/Non-Professional) you may or may not get ECA.

hello everyone!
I am interested in Manitoba Investor program. Anyone knows any person who has done this program so that I can get some info from the person directly.
Thanks for your cooperation in advance

i see lots of confusion about ECA point. I completed my BBA from NSU & MBA from DU and I was awarded point for masters :) But i have heard one of my who completed both from NSU and got same point as mine.

Hope this puts some light on the confusion.

Hey Folks!

With the arrival of my COPR, I guess I can say that my PR journey ends here! Alhamdulillah! It feels great to have it in my hand.

I must admit that I've benefited immensely from this forum and I feel like I should give back a little. So I'll still hang around in the forum for a little while. If you guys have any questions or queries, let me know and I will try my best to assist.

Thanks and Cheers 8)

Thank you very much Dewan vai and so happy for you. Don't forget to share the landing experience with us. I am still waiting for any kind of response from CIC. AOR was 13th July and never heard of anything from CIC. No request for IELTS, Schedule A, RCMP etc. Pray for us all who are waiting. Thanks.

What route did you apply through?
Seems awfully long not to receive any update if your AOR was in July. Did you ECAS activate yet? If it did, what is your status?

Inland FSW
ITA: 26th June
AOR: 13th July
Med Passed & ECAS Access & Mycic Back check in process: 28th July
ECAS In process: 14th August
RPRF paid upfront

June FSW Inlands have gotten PPR. looks like no July applicants are next. Lets see.

ECAS in process is the most time consuming and the most frustrating phase of the whole process. 'Hang in there' is all I can tell you.

My ECAS changed to in process on 17th Aug BTW. I think I came across this somewhere in the forum that the sequence seem to be as per the timeline of the medical. Not sure if that's reliable though.

Hi,

Thank you all for sharing your support to each other.

Since online payment is compulsory for Express Entry, I wonder how would that work for Bangladeshi Credit Cards (CC), even with the CC having USD limit. Because, none of the Banks/CC allow online payments for more than $100 for such purposes (visa fee etc).

Would be thankful if anyone of you can share their experience or provide some suggestions.

Thank you in anticipation!

Isn't there no other option? Such as Bank Draft / Pay Order? If CC is the only acceptable mode of payment then I guess your best bet is to contact someone who has an International CC

Thanks for your reply Dewan Bhai. I found that CC is the only option for EE.

How did you pay?

I'm an inland applicant. Used my CC from here.

I believe there are some businesses in Dhaka that provide the service for using an international CC. One of my friend used one to register for GMAT.
