I'd say IELTS score is the issue. The tool probably just used the older method for calculating point (you just need 67 overall) and didn't take into account the language threshold set by the new EE requirements.

Mine is 456. Not sure if it will be enough :-\ I have a feeling that the first draw will be exhausted by those applying under CEC or FSWP with AE. So the cutoff score may even be 1000+ :(
