Anyone know how long it takes for medical to be updated on GC?

Yes it’s an anxious time for everyone in the process, but stay positive and trust that if all is well, you’ll have your Permanent Residency one day :)

It’s a 12 month process for 80% of applicants, so more will happen over the coming months. You may not be requested for an interview, only if the officer has doubts about the genuineness of the relationship and therefore will request interview.

I do know that on the spousal sponsorship application you will have to tick the box that says “I have been denied entry to Canada” (something along those lines), as the rejection of the TRV is of that. I doubt it would affect the application. The reason that a lot of people get rejected TRV...

I was convinced we were going to London VO at this stage as it’s been almost 5 months, but wow, huge sense of relief

It really does vary. I got Biometric Fee Request on April 9th and then got the Biometric Request on May 16th. It’ll come, don’t worry :)
